Tetapi, since last week dah mula craving balik korean and Japanese food. Pastu teringat kat koleksi miso aku yang dah bertapa dalam almari dah 7 bulan tu.. apa citaaa???? So tadi petang, I opened 2 jars - the chickpea miso and the soy miso. Perghh.... kaler dah gelap especially the top part and bau dia SEBIJIK MISO YANG AKU BELI KT PASARAYA. Lepas tu, dah ada cecair gelap terkumpul here and there dalam bekas tu.. bau SEBIJIK MACAM KICAP. Yep, itu lah TAMARI, the byproduct of miso (aku kena fikirkan cara macamana nak extract kicap dia). Tamari susah nak jumpa kt pasaraya. It's a highly premium of kicap. And it's not a lot. Lagi2 soya miso yang aku buat ni adalah from organic soy. Ok, bau dah sama. Macamana rasanya?? So, ini lah dia chickpea miso aku selepas 7 bulan diperam. |

Miso halal - After 7 months
Actually, dah berbulan aku dah lupakan makanan korea dan Jepun. I dunno why.
